Our vineyard is the single most important element of Blind River. The unique combination of soil and micro climate – ‘terroir’ – cannot be replicated elsewhere. It defines our flavour profile and is what helps our wine to stand out from others.

Cropping levels are deliberately kept low so that vines can concentrate their efforts on producing less, but more concentrated, fruit.

We currently have 11.25ha of river terrace flats planted to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
