Put simply, our style is to deliver layers of flavours and complexity with a polished finish.

Our winemaking philosophy is about minimal intervention but, as you will see with our Pinot Noir, we do encourage our winemaker to have a play around in the winery to create something that is really special instead of just playing it safe.

Our wines have a recognisable, signature aroma and flavour that you instantly know is Blind River. We want to make wines that capture people’s attention and make them sit up – but above all we want to make wines that are enjoyable to drink!
